The anime Air Master? Is it possible to do the moves she do? I’m talking about jumping in the air/blocking?

Aikawa moves are so beautiful. Is it possible to do them I mean seriously? I’m not going to even try to jump into the air and fall on my behind. I am not that stupid. But I am just curious if it’s possible that someone can duplicate her moves. I mean people ask if people can really bend water and of course they cant. I mean show me a picture of someone bending water and I might believe you. But back on Air Master, can someone really? What do you think?
