The Lg Kp500 Cookie Is Available With A Red And Black Colour Scheme

A recently added colour variant to the popular LG KP500 Cookie range is the Black & Red version. This aesthetically pleasing version of the popular handset includes internet access, digital camera and touch screen technology.

 

Measuring just 11.9mm thick, coupled with its light weight of 89 grams, the handset is comfortable to hold and use. The screen features TFT resistive touch screen technology and measures 3 inches. It’s pixels are configured at 240×400 and display 256,000 colours for bright clear image display. As well as touch screen navigation, the option to use a stylus pen is included, and the handset features handwriting technology in conjunction with this feature. An accelerometer sensor automatically rotates the on screen image according to the phones orientation so the screen can be viewed in both portrait and landscape forms.

 

Connection to networks is carried out by class 10 versions of both EDGE and GPRS, ensuring a connection in all but the most remote areas. In order to efficiently share files with other phone users in the same area, Bluetooth v2.1 is installed as standard. For connecting the handset to a computer, a USB port is provided, allowing files and data to be transferred or backed up.

 

A composer allows users to create custom ringtones from scratch, whilst downloadable polyphonics and MP3 ringtones allow further customisations, all of which work in conjunction with vibration.

 

48 MB of internal memory can store a decent amount of media files and other data. Further capacity can be attained by utilizing the micro SD slot and installing a larger memory card of up to 16 GB. Media files in a range of music and video formats are supported by the inbuilt media player. Other entertainment features are stereo FM radio playback and 4 pre-installed games and access to a library of downloadable games.

 

The LG KP500 Cookie Black & Red features a camera boasting 3.15 megapixels operating at a pixel resolution of 2048×1536 pixels. Therefore, the photos are of very good quality, and the camera can also shoot video in QVGA quality at a rate of 12 frames per second.

 

As well as the aforementioned features, applications including a handy organiser, document viewer, voice memo recorder and T9 add to the functionality of this handset. The KP500 Cookie is available in a variety of alternative colour variants, so a suitable colour for most users is sure to be found. This adds to the phone’s appeal alongside its great everyday functionality.
