Identifying an old pocket knife?

When I was younger my dad gave me his old pocket knife and I had lost it. about 15 years later I am still looking for one.

It was a single Blade (No Lockback) knife, with brass tips on the handle and a image of a 3 mast naval ship on the handle. Also the blade had some type of jungle cat on it. about 3-4″ maybe less…
