How bad is occasionally smoking a philly blunt or black and mild?

I know smoking is bad for you but if i occasionally have a philly blunt, or like a black and mild will I get bad effects. When I say occasionally I mean it. Like, maybe 2 a month… tops. So, yeah will two black and milds a month really do anything to you? I also plan on smoking more expensive cigars when I get a tad older. Thanks!
