how to handle one over controlling parent and then a parent that has no back bone?

My mom still tries to control me even though i am married when we go to dinner together she orders my food and when i try to object to that she like i am doing this for your own good you need to lose weight.
Then i have my mother-in-law who i love dearly but she is supporting her daughter and husband and grandchild, my sister-in-law and husband dropped out of school in 7th and 8th grade. never of them have a job and they have a 1 yr old little girl my mother-in-law has no back bone so what can i do about either of these mothers any advice would be appreciated

Do not go out to eat with your mother. That will solve that. And it is none of your business who your mother in law supports. That is her choice and has nothing to do with you.
