Are Case Cutlery Knives any Good?

I’m looking into the 381 hunting knife and the amber bone large stockman. Is the steel on them any good? Also, are they easy to maintain after everyday use? Thank You!!

yes. They tend to maintain a very very sharp edge. Case makes good knives and has been doing it for years. In fact they made some of the original WWII KA BAR knives if i am not mistaken.
