Some of these are Fan Zi Quan, Hong Quan, Yan Qin Quan, Tang Lang Quan or the Praying Mantis, Chan Quan, Tong Bei Quan, the eagle style, snake style, drunken style, monkey style; and those that uses sword, broadsword, staff, double sword, rope dart and countless others.
There are just so many routines you will be learning from coaches, instructors and Wushu masters who can train you become a good Wushu player and artist. There are hundreds of various routine types you can choose from.
In Wushu lessons, self-defense is the primary focus and you can come across a variety of styles in wresting, grappling, kicking, punching, boxing, etc. that will definitely increase your body’s endurance and power.
