Can I swap out the grips on my Yugoslavian AK-47 ?
I own a Yugolavian AK-47 with a folding stock and synthetic black grips and pistol grip. I don’t want to change the stock, but I would like the pistol grip and foregrips in the classic wood of an AK-47. Now I have read that the Yugoslavian AK’s have slightly different measurements than the standard Ak’s so all other grips would not fit. My question is: does anybody know where I can get Yugoslavian grips or at least grips that would fit the rifle?

Try a company called KVAR.com Also Houge makes a rubber grip that will fit your AK. Check with Midwayusa.com . Why do you want wood when the plastic stocks are so much better and will not catch on fire like the old wood ones have done. Just check out youtube for that one.
