Presentation Folders: Grant Your Proposal The Design It Deserves

When you give a presentation, those who see it should be able to tell that time and effort were put into that presentation. A simple hand-out often reminds people of a few minutes of standing at a copy machine, and little preparation. The right presentation can make people feel as if they are unique and you have spent time and effort to prepare for them. The kind of folders you choose will be based on the type of project you have. There really are no set rules on what type of folder you have to use. The goal is to present your information in an organized, accurate, and eye-catching manner that is geared toward your audience.

The standard stock folder is nine by twelve and it is the most common. It consists of a heavier card stock material. A printer can print these for you in any variety logos styles. You can also print them if your printer is capable of doing so.

They are available in an almost an unlimited number of colors. You may also just choose to apply a printed label to the front. They are available for order in legal size and with CD/DVD inserts.

There are tri-panel folders available for larger presentations. Folding can differ on these. Some have three pockets that are nine by twelve, while the French tri-panel pockets are four and nine-sixteenths by twelve. The size for all is nine by twelve when closed.

Binders are a good way to organize a presentation, and nothing can compare to a three-ring. These binders can hold all of your information securely. You can order them printed, or purchase them with a clear front and insert your own pictures to save money.

They provide pockets for information, just as the card stock type. You can also order them with CD/DVD inserts. One of the best things about the three-ring binder is that it can be made to fit your project. You can order it by ring capacity according to your project size. You can also choose your company colors.

For a less expensive alternative to the standard three-ring, there is the paper three-ring available. The principles of using it are the same; however, the cost will be much less. You still get a great looking presentation. They can be ordered with a window to insert a label on the front. You see, postcard printing come in a variety of colors and ring capacities. They will also still give you the interior pockets. The standard size of these is eight and one-half by eleven.
