How to improve your english skill without paying money to a Private Teacher?

I want to learn better without paying anything to a private teacher.
I can read and write and speak but i feel like my english skill is not perfect enough like native english speaker. I am also learning Spanish because i heard spanish will be easier to learn when i have perfect A+++ english skill like native english speaker.

So, I want to improve my english skill better.
What is your idea?

Most cities have adult schools which offer English as a Second Language classes – and they are free.
Check the Adult School for your city – they have different levels of classes, and often large churches will often offer ESL classes.
