I format once and recheck the drive but the still I am getting the same problem. Can u suggest me to solve this problem?
Those folders are not created by any virus. They are system folders, which have been created by your phone’s OS. Do not delete them. It might affect some functions of your phone. The file system of the phone is not meant only for the user, but also for saving system-related files, folders, certificates, settings etc.

And your phone supports only J2ME applications. J2ME is a very secured application-platform. So, technically, there is no ‘virus’ for your phone. There are only 3 trojans, which send SMS simultaneously on launching, but the user’s permission is required for this! Mobile viruses and malwares that work on their own and/or harm your device are only available for phones that support advanced application platforms like Symbian or Windows Mobile.

You should also know that, currently, no anti-virus is self-intelligent. Currently, the virus detection of every anti-virus is based on its virus database. The virus database contains the information about viruses and their program-codes. If an anti-virus detects the code of a virus in a file, it immediatly takes the required action. Virus databases are updated on the server from time to time, as more and more new malwares and viruses are found frequently. So, it’s recommended to download the latest virus database for the anti-virus. But, the database of a PC anti-virus doesn’t contain any information about the viruses and malwares for mobile phones. So, it’s useless to try to scan for mobile viruses using a PC anti-virus. Special mobile anti-viruses can be used for this purpose, but they won’t work on your phone.
