The Graco SnugRider Infant Car Seat Stroller Frame is a stroller with a difference. It is essentially a stroller frame, meaning it doesn’t have a stroller seat. The SnugRider is compatible with the SnugRide and Infant SafeSeat Infant car seats. The ability to accommodate an infant car seat is one of the Snug Riders most appealing features. Moving your child to and from your car has never been easier.
Graco have designed the SnugRider to be lightweight, compact and sturdy making it ideal for parents who appreciate a high level of convenience and don’t want the hassle of lugging around a bulkier stroller. The SnugRider costs less than $70 so it’s appealing for the budget conscious parent and cheaper than costly alternatives such as the Maclaren Techno stroller.
Using the SnugRider is a breeze even if you aren’t familiar with using strollers. Simply open the stroller when it’s folded then it locks into an open position, then place the infant car seat on top of the frame which then automatically locks the car seat into place securely so you and your baby are ready to be on the move.

Despite its sturdy construction, the SnugRider is lightweight weighing just 12.87 lbs, making it the lightest stroller designed by Graco. The automatic storage latch allows you to fold it up completely with only one hand enhancing the portability this stroller offers even further.

Great Manoeuvrability
In addition to the lightweight design, Graco have incorporated numerous features to ensure manoeuvrability isn’t overlooked. The swivel front wheels have locks and suspension to increase the level of manoeuvrability and provide greater control. The wheels are small and glide along surfaces nicely. The SnugRider has been engineered exclusively for the Graco SnugRide and the Infant SafeSeat. A minor negative is that this is only compatible with Graco branded car seats but given the cheap cost of this stroller that can be forgiven.
Final Thoughts
The Graco SnugRider is an excellent choice for parents, especially parents with new borns. One negative aspect is that the wheels are made out of form so they could wear out quickly therefore you should bear this in mind if you intend to use the stroller on concrete surfaces a lot.
The lightweight compact design, low cost and facility to accommodate an infant car seat puts the SnugRider in a different league from its competitors who offer similar features and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
