How to accessorize a business suit in a gothic style?

In the year of school I am now in, we have to wear business suits. We can accessorize them a bit and have individuality as to exactly which shirts/blazers etc we buy, but they still have to be quite smart. My usual style is a mixture of Gothic Lolita, Victorian-style goth, and a style similar to that of the singer Emilie Autumn. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can jazz up my suit into my style, while still being quite smart and formal?

Shirt with ruffles
Pencil skirts (I found one with a little ruffle on the back, and another with a laced up back).
Get some interesting and fancy buttons- pewter, silver, vintage-looking, etc.- to replace the ordinary plastic ones on a button down shirt.
Velvet, lace, brocade, or silk
Skirt or shirt with lacing (like a corset)
For color, try black, reds, purples, blues, in gem tones or darker shades, or even white or creme.

Nice and if you’re lucky, VIctorian-style, black boots.
Vest
Elegant or vintage blazer/jacket/frock coat

Jewelry-
Check out craft stores for ribbons, pendants, beads, seed beeds (the really tiny ones), pearls
Pendant- ahnk, cross, dragon, bat, etc. could work (I have a couple pewter dragon pendants, I like how they look with goth fashion) try silver or pewter
Choker
Cameo (necklace/choker/pin)
Ribbon for your hair (tie back or as a headband)
Onyx
