What is the sharpest sword (katana probably) I can get for less than $400?

I am looking to get a ridiculously razor sharp sword, probably a katana. It has to be less than 400 dollars. I have seen so many and am lost as to which one to get. Should I get an paul chen hanwei practical plus xl? or a cheness Kaze? others?

I am not looking to practice martial arts, I just want to have a sharp sword just to have one! So no comments about that please. I won’t be doing tameshigiri, but if someone asks if it is sharp I woudl like to be able to effortlessly slice a hanging piece of paper with it.
