You could contact Gruhn Guitars in Nashville, Elderly Instruments in Michigan or Mandolin Brothers in New York. All 3 deal in vintage instruments and should be able to give you a ballpark figure. George Gruhn is an expert on guitars but also is able to appraise other stringed instruments. The problem with antique dealers is that they don’t necessarily deal with musical instruments.
