Homosexual Saudi Prince Murders Manslave, Gets Life In United Kingdom

Based on London’s Daily Mail, a homosexual Saudi royal prince named Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud will either serve life in prison in the U.K. or be extradited to Saudi Arabia for beating and strangling to death his manservant, Bandar Abdulaziz. The Saudi prince, 34, confessed to murdering Bandar Abdulaziz, 32, in the suite they had been sharing at the ritzy Landmark Hotel. Alcoholic drinks and intense torture of a sexual nature were reportedly involved within the deadly confrontation. Witnesses testified to the Saudi prince’s abusive nature and also the “personal gratification” he derived from beating his slave. Hotel security footage implies that Bandar Abdulaziz accepted his deadly beating submissively.

Diplomatic defense could not help prince of Saudi

Playboy and grandson of Saudi Arabia’s king makes him the Saudi Royal prince Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud was wrong when he thought diplomatic immunity would conserve him from British justice. Eventually, he confessed to murder, although his defense had argued manslaughter. The Old Bailey court gave the Saudi royal prince the sentence of prison for life for murder. Of course, since homosexuality is a capital offense in Saudi Arabia, he encounters execution at home. Prosecutor Jonathan Laidlaw says that “beyond a shadow of a doubt”, Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud is shown through physical and photographic evidence to have subjected Bandar Abdulaziz to “sadistic” sexual torture.

Is the Saudi prince’s activity towards his servant allowed by the Quran?

Some would argue the Saudi royal prince acted in concert with Sharia law. Some scholars indicate that the Prophet Mohammad abused servants when they misbehaved. However, as Muslim Access puts it, the Quran does not advocate physical abuse:

“As to those women on whose part you fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance)” – An-Nisa’: 34-35

So “beating” comes from dharban ghayra mubarrih which uses a siwak. This means to give “a light tap that leaves no mark” and with a toothbrush. Guilty Saudi prince should have possibly figured out what was an appropriate way to treat servants that misbehaved. The Saudi royal prince will end up on the chopping block regardless how much cash the royal family has.
